I have really been needing motivation. We have had a lot going on and I have been very stressed and have let that bring me down. this weekend I found a photo of me many years ago and I couldn't believe how thin I was then. I kept the picture and have decided to carry it around with me to use as motivation. I also started a new water class today so I am very excited about that. so far I have learned a lot using spark people and I plan to use the helpful tips and info they give. In the past I have wanted fast weight loss and when it didn't happen I gave up. Looking back I think how stupid that was....if I would have stuck to it I would have lost all the weight I needed to by now. All I did was prolong my weight loss success. I am finally ready to make a life long change and not worry about how fast or slow I lose weight as long as I am losing I will be happy with it.
