The plan worked today!

So, the plan worked today! I PLANNED to workout and I DID!!! I had fun while I did it too!
I did my workout this morning right off the bat.... while the coffee was brewing, so I couldn't put it off! It took a lot longer than the time it took for the coffee to brew, so it's a good thing the coffee pot doesn't shut off right away! :-)
I did Wii Fit for 35 minutes - man riding that bike makes my hips sore!
I did a 19 minute workout on the Wii Latin Dance -- however, I don't like this game as much for one reason.... I like the activities, but every routine has a warm up and a cool down.... which are great unless you are in the middle of a workout or want to keep going.... you can't skip either.... so for instance today, I was already warmed up from the WiiFit workout.... I didn't need a 2 minute "warm up stretch" before I could start working out.... and I wanted to keep going after that routine, so I wasn't ready for the 2 minute "cool down stretch".... it's just very frustrating when you have to wait on those! it's a lot of marching in place :-) lol!
I also did random exercises today.... like I worked on my Tupperware business a lot in the basement.... so when I'd go up stairs, I'd run up the stairs instead of just walk.... I did jumping jacks while waiting on my program to load... and I did lunges across the living room to shut the TV off that my son had left on... instead of using the remote!
The PLAN for tomorrow is to go in and do some TRX while I wait on my son to get done at work! I PLAN to push myself ~ Shawn and I had the conversation last week about how hard you push yourself if you're working out by yourself ~ usually not as hard as if you are working out with a buddy or have a trainer! So I'm going to be extra conscious of this tomorrow and push myself as hard as I can! It's 30 minutes... I can do anything for 30 minutes :-)
I'm also headed to the grocery store tomorrow to stock up on some good snacks.... 'cuz there is very little in this house to eat that isn't over the top on calories etc. I managed to stay pretty spot on today though! I do need to stock up on water though.... 'cuz I don't drink this water very well!
so I've planned out tomorrow....a little different for me to plan while on break, but it's the only way I know to stay on track! I can be lazy and enjoy my break ~ after I get the burn! lol!
