Monday Barre Workout

Today was supposed to be the day I got back on track with going to the gym, after that cold wiped me out last week....BUT thanks to the lovely DC weather we had today, it was ENTIRELY too cold to go back outside after I got home from work.

Barre3 Workout:
Ballet Fit 40 min + an added 10 min yoga cooldown

Pouncing Magnolia work- 3 sets of 10 pushups!

Hopefully its warmer tomorrow...or at the least NOT raining. emoticon brrr
