Hello everyone!

Monday, March 25, 2013

I have not been on here in a while and I just rambled on in a long post and apparently hit something wrong and it deleted the whole thing on me :( Anyway, switched from patch to lozenge after gaining 13 lbs total in the past 6 weeks. Lozenge keeps me from munching and gives me the nicotine when I want it instead of giving me a steady stream of nicotine 24 hrs and it does not give me a rash and of course not gonna forget the fact that the cravings were really bad when I stepped down to stage two...UGH!!!!!!
Still not going to gym my sisnlaw keeps making up excuses and I dont like to drive in that part of town (lots of traffic to much texting or people just not paying attention whichever about the same to me. I found there is a curves not to far from my house was thinking about checking into them (don't have a lot of money so not sure yet heard it was expensive). Anyway, have any information on them I have looked on the web but it just talks about the circuit program and not really anything on the price??????????? Let me know if you have information.

Brighter note... I worked out this morning and this evening (double this morning because I had to reset my pf on Biggest Loser Challenge) and I Zumba this evening (on my Wii). I am not gonna burn myself out just getting a jumpstart again since I am back to where I started last year at the end of May. Its a shame I let my weight go right back up like that (not this time). Not gonna let myself slip this year if I have to make a group at church to just keep moving I will THIS WEIGHT IS COMING OFF!!!!!!!!!!

Hope everyone has a blessed week and stay strong we can do this!!!!!!!!!!

That's great that you are still not smoking!!! The weight will come back off. Many people gain weight when they quit smoking. The trick might be to find something to do with your hands or mouth so they are too busy for snacking. The lozenges just might be the trick. Good luck
