What I Have Learned in the Past 10 Weeks

I have learned so much in the past 10 weeks. Mainly, I have learned that the Courageous Copper Cougars rock! You all have stuck with me through so much, and I know I can count on my team for encouragement and motivation.
I have learned the importance of participation, not perfection. I wasn't entirely sure I understood this concept, but I do now. I feel it is so important to be there for my team and to rack up thos points for all of us!
I have re-learned the importance of tracking. It is essential to our life style change.
I have also learned that losing weight without exercise is an exercise in futility! Even if I stay within my calorie range, I know now how important it is to exercise to get optimal benefit.
In the next two weeks I plan on stepping up my exercise and to continue tracking food and staying within my calorie range.
Teammates - you have all been terrific! You have truly made BLC-21 a truly enjoyable experience!
