Chi Running

Monday, March 25, 2013

I went to my first Chi Running class tonight. It is suppose to make running more efficient. I can't wait to try some of this tomorrow, although it felt a bit akward.

Oh hey guys! I'm actually a ChiRunning instructor! I'm working on my weight loss journey like everyone here, but found ChiRunning a few years ago and even though I'm still not skinny (working on it!), I've run 11 marathons injury/pain free. Not here to advertise, but if you'd like to add running into your mix and want to do it without hurting yourself, you should take a look!

I've heard of this and it sounds interesting. Yiu will have to let us know what you think. It does take some practice. There are some videos on You-Tube if anyone wants to search and check it out.
