Today was a good day.
I woke up this morning weighing in heavier that I did on Friday, but that is to be expected. I always weigh heavy on the Mondays after I work. It is from extreme water retention. I chalk it up to sitting all of the time. I try to get up and move around, but since we are short staffed and hella busy, I can't really take a long time away from my desk. I take about five minuets on average. I have been getting up every hour and running up to the second tier to check the fax machine. I know these few pounds will come off soon. It is just annoying!
By weighing myself every day, I am able to notice trends in my weight. It is a very helpful tool to me!! I am thinking about investing in one of those fancy scales that reads body fat% and water %

I am currently at 28.4% body fat. I would like to be at 17%. I think this is my answer to being so scared about maintenance. Now that I have another thing to "lose" I should be happy working for that goal!

I have a start time of 9:00 - I figured it was best to start off early. That way, I have a lot of time to pace myself!
After wearing my new uber expensive jeans around the house a bit, I decided they didn't fit quite right, so I took them back to the store. I exchanged them for another pair, in a different cut, and SMALLER size! Whoo hooo!!
