I always said I wouldn't do this but I may just have to put my foot down...or the bag of chips down.
I commit to eating something like an apple, orange, cucumber, tomato or a healthy baked chip instead of potatoe chips. This is a BIG deal for me since I'm addicted to chips. I lvoe the texture and the flavor and I love to eat them but they are why I'm not losing weight. So, kickin' ya to the curb 'ole fat hogging, depressing favorite. Buh Bye!
