I always said I wouldn't do this but I may just have to put my foot down...or the bag of chips down.

I commit to eating something like an apple, orange, cucumber, tomato or a healthy baked chip instead of potatoe chips. This is a BIG deal for me since I'm addicted to chips. I lvoe the texture and the flavor and I love to eat them but they are why I'm not losing weight. So, kickin' ya to the curb 'ole fat hogging, depressing favorite. Buh Bye!

    Haha. I count them in my daily food plan by the entire family size bag. This is how I know I cannot eat just a measured portion of them. Oddly enough, if I had one or two unopened bags, I will stay away from them for weeks/months at a time. I don't know what it is about saying no when full or having just a taste of them. It kills me to stop!

    Have you measured them out and counted them in your daily food plan? When you say literally set yourself up to crave them more. Anyway, do what's necessary and keep Sparkin'!!
