I ate like crap yesterday. Only for dinner, but still, it made me feel awful. Physically awful. It was NOT worth it at all, and I regret it completely. I'm sort of glad I did it though, so I knew how gross it felt and I could get back on the wagon today. I went right to the gym after school today and did my best. It was good to know I could go right to the gym and "fix" everything from yesterday. And a plus: I didn't weigh any more than I had before my mistake. Keep pressing on...

Also, I took my measurements of waist, hips, and thigh. They are all down.. granted the last track I have is March 2012, but still it's good to see the decrease. I plan on doing it monthly to keep me going!

    i have not gained a pound in over a year.

    i gave up sugar and grain products and lost 44 pounds at age 61.

    my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 by walking 15000 steps a day and has not gained a pound back either in over a year
