I have been fighting a cold for a few days, and feeling awfully worn down. I've kept up some sort of exercise every day, but haven't felt like I've worked HARDHARD for a few. Tonight I am going to water aerobics, though, which is always a great workout. Also - I have figured out my work schedule so i can do monday/wednesday water aerobics at my old gym (which is about 1 hour from my house, since we moved recently) and I am thrilled. I haven't found a great gym situation at our new place. It's hard to complain, because I've got ALL of Griffith Park to hike and exercise in, but I so love water aerobics, so i am so glad to be down here twice a week for that.
I've been tracking all of my food, and doing better at keeping within the ranges. I haven't done it long enough to have formed the habit though, so I'll make sure to keep doing that every day. Slow and steady.
