So I've been doing ok on SP but not blogging or being a part of the social aspect (which I know is key). This is the first step in my attempt to be better!
I just took the Diet Personality Quiz and was found to be an "Emotional Eater". This I knew. I eat not only when I'm hungry but when I'm tired, bored, sad, watching tv.... and so on. They recommended choosing one goal at a time and sticking with it for up to 8 weeks. This is new info for me. I usually choose many goals and try to go for 2 weeks straight before calling it a success and moving on. Obviously, as my current weight/size/body image is not great, this is not working. The example goal they had was drinking 8 glasses of water a day. This was actually something I got super good at on my first round on SP and have stuck with since. It's the rare day now that I don't drink at least 8 cups of water.
So this leaves me stuck. I'm not sure what my first goal should be. I don't really eat "bad" food that often, so I can't just stop eating chips and look for weight loss. Anyone have any suggestions?
