STA Challenge Week 6 Food Plan

I watched this documentary last night and let's just say it opened my eyes to what I have been doing wrong. First of all the worst thing you can do is go on a "diet".

I'm going to be doing a "Flexitarian Plan". It's not going all the way vegan or vegetarian but adding more veggies and fruit to your food plan. Adding food and then it over time it replaces the bad food. It's a subtle change not a drastic so it's not denying your body anything. You can still eat meat when you want it but you don't have to eat it everymeal. I totally think I can aboard this idea! So today is day one of the "Flexitarian Plan".

Plus of course NO SODA!!! That's the only thing I will cut out 100%!
