Apparently we are halfway through the 5% challenge according to our QOTD within our team - CRAZY!
So, I'm taking some time to reflect and plan.
Weight loss so far: 3.5 pounds total (some bouncing between weeks).
I reached my initial goal weight of 150
My 5% challenge would put me at 145lbs. Doable, but not necessary.
I'm liking the weekly Living the Good Life activities. They are certainly keeping me accountable.
This past week or so, I've been a bit 'meh' in terms of fitness. I already hashed out my thoughts on that one in an impromtu blog-therapy blog the other day, feel free to check it out on my page : Figuring out my fitness slump.
Tomorrow is day one at my new job and I am beyond excited. I am still working with my other job, just not as many hours. I will be getting back into a routine once my life becomes a bit more "routine-y" haha
I've been eating pretty well though. Today I didn't eat as healthy as I normally do, but that being said, I allow myself to eat "unhealthy" 10% of the time. So, it's all good!
I am pretty proud of myself, despite all the on/off the wagon stuff I've been doing with fitness.
I am also changing my weigh in day, for no other reason except that I already have to get up earlier now during the week, having to add in an extra 5-10mins (I weigh in on my WiiFit, so, turn on tv, turn on wii, let game load, etc etc) just doesn't make sense for mornings where I'm already pushing for time anyways. So, I'll be weighing in on Sat mornings now vs Monday mornings.
I guess things are going pretty well!
