I need to track my food right now. Without tracking, I'm not getting the variety I need. I was eating the same foods. I need to get my vegetables, whole grains and protein foods. With tracking, I don't only get sufficient calories. I can be sure to get a variety of food everyday.

    Tracking does help. I think we all get in a rut sometimes, though.
