This morning after my second date with Mr. Treadmill and Mr. Stepper, my WI was a 7 lb lost and to think I was only looking for a 1 lb lost.
This week I changed up my workouts so that I got in my strength training and some extra cardio. I got plenty of miles in on the treadmill and also lots of time on the elliptical and stair stepper. My eating was somewhat better but I know that I can do better in that area. I'm going to stick with this routine for another week and see what kind of results I can get.
I have a goal that I set for May and I'm so close to meeting it. The yo-yo of me gaining and losing the same amount is going DOWN! I am in the driver sit (thanks Daphne) and I have control of the wheel and where it takes me.
SpRiNg is finally here now only for a little bit of warmer weather and I'll be set.
