so if you can't already tell, I have decided to quit eating gluten. Well...for a while at least. I recently read a great article about gluten intolerance, and found that I have a lot of the symptoms. Now I'm not saying just because I have some symptoms that I have gluten intolerance, but I could and so for the next 30 days (29 now) I'm going to go gluten-free.
It's going to be difficult going without bread, pasta, and other things that surprising have wheat but I'm determined to see if it makes a difference. I'm not just doing this for the weight loss but also because it's supposed to help with heartburn , fatigue, digestive issues, and a lot of other things I am dealing with.
So wish me luck on this new journey, I will keep you updated on my progress!
