So I am reading ALL the articles and getting feedback about the best ways to lose this last 10 lbs. In 2.5 months I have lost about 9 lbs which while good, isn't as much as I thought I could lose based on my activity level and diet.
I try to be really diligent about writing down all of my food, but I must be underestimating or something because I have not lost any weight in a while and have stepped up my workouts. I think the fact I am growing increasingly discouraged doesn't help. I just want to cry and give up sometimes because it feels like I am spinning my wheels. I am trying to stay positive, but am finding it really hard. Here is the change thus far (see photo below) the upper left is the first photo and the bottom right is the most recent. I can see a little progress, but would still be mortified to wear a bikini in public, which I am in10 days. :-(
