Well in the midst of all the good things happening with my workouts and my body my hip is really acting up! The odd thing is that it doesnt actually hurt while im biking so theres no way its gonna keep me from that! Just frustrating..sometimes i feel like its trying to hold me back and i cant have that. Im hoping that after another 20 or so pounds lost it will get better. I hope everyone has a great day! I biked a half marathon hour last night and plan the same tonight

    Yes it is very irritating Morticia! Thats exactly how i feel about the sabotage thing too..it just makes me want to prove my body wrong ya know? Thank you Trying, me too!

    I think many of us encounter these nagging pains when we are in our groove. It's irritating. It's hard enough without our bodies sabotaging us!!
