Herey all!! i had a awesome rest day yesterday. It has been well over a month since I have had a full rest day. I did not run or do a dvd it was nice. I ate clean 80/20 and had a wonderful day. I used my treat day yesterday this way I can really burn those calories off and then some :-) I have noticed a change, i now actully see that my face is much slimmer and i have lost some wieght in my chest thank god, (im 5'4 138 pounds that wares a 38DD) i have been looking forward to that...lol . The good things is i got up and ran 6.10 miles and did 30ds with JM so i burned some calories off. The goal for the rest of the week is to run 6.10 and also do 30ds at least three times this week. I got one day down and plan to do this again Wednesday. Wish me luck and keep sparking !!
