Luckily they closed schools last night so I slept in. I woke and worked out to the Bily Blanks Jr Dance with Me Bootcamp. I loved it! It starts slow and gives you a chance to learn the moves before it STEPS it UP!
The diet has gone really well so far. I had oatmeal with sliced apples for breakfast. I had a Special K dark chocolate shake for snack. For lunch I had a salad and a Michelina meal. I just finished a Zone Protein bar and will have another shake before going to water aerobics.
