    Did you get a haircut? You look AWESOME! Congrats on the weight loss! I know it is very hard not eating at nights, but you are staying strong and seeing progress, keep it up! emoticon

    Through my program, I've discovered Broccoli and kale and swiss chard! I can snack on them inbetween meals and do ok. They raise my bloodsugar minimally if I eat a ton, but otherwise, they don't change it. Glad to see you! Congrats on the loss! Good luck on your goals! You can do it! Keep up the good work!

  Any weight loss is good,it is very hard sometimes in peoples life style to eat right.I have done sparkpeople diet now 10 days and im down 6.5 pounds and yes i get hungry but then i grab water that i dont care for and that is a big step for me.Now i need help with protein.Never can get enough.Im clueless on what has alot besides beens and fish.Somedays i do good and some not on protein.I also work until 4:30pm. I eat supper,i take more veggies.And by 7 want a snack.I find it hard to eat in the morning so by 8am at work i really dont have time to eat well.So fiber plus bar/bananna is a plus and lots of water.Hope this helps.Or sugar free choc pudding/bananna cut up in it.179 cal.yumm.
