The whole family is down with the flu, with the baby and I getting the worst of it. I haven't been much concerned about my weight under the circumstances, since standing for more than 10 minutes tires me out. Hopefully in a few days I'll feel up to a bit of yoga, then strength training, then cardio when the coughing finally stops and I can breathe again.
