Good luck! The junk part would be not to hard for me but the dairy would be a killer. I need my cheese! emoticon

No junk food or processed food is what I need to work on. Best of luck with this! I hope you find the answers to your theory.

Good luck with no dairy! That would be a really hard one for me.

No dairy?! You go for it!! I have to have a yogurt or some cheese every now and then! Let us know if the theory is confirmed once you're done! Wish you the best!

I found this the easiest... If I don't buy it, I can't eat it

If I can do it, I believe you can. I used to eat incredible amounts of junk food and was never satisfied. Now that I have permanently cut it out, I really don't crave them at all. I think it's because once you start feeding your body real nutritious foods your body knows it and becomes satisfied.
Go for it! You can do it!
Cheers
Sallie
