Took "anti-dizzy med(DD calls meclazine that) at H.S and went to work this morning with headache, earache,, drowsy.. I KNOW it is an inner ear infection and do not know why after 60 years here, I am getting these darned things!

I called doc's office and told them it is the same thing I had in December,, Doc will call a script in to Kroger this afternoon so I can get started on that regimen.

DD called University of Michigan to confirm appointment Thursday, to make sure she still keeps taking her meds as usual, but mostly I wanted to make sure it is at the same office as the last appointment,,Good thing she DID call because it is in the hospital at the University of Michigan Medical Center!! Not even in the same city as the office!!

Neither one of us has ever been down to Ann Arbor, I am paranoid of driving around there near Detroit and those crazy webs of ramps and exits!!
I did just fine in California driving from San Jose to San Diego (600 miles) in eight hours, but as much as everybody warned me about West Coast drivers, people in California were like a caravan of Mother Teresa's relatives compared to Detroit and its' burbs!

I have driven I-75 from Canada to Florida, I-5 from San Francisco to San Diego, but this 100 mile trek scares me ... I have DD, GPS , google maps and directions, phone numbers, but no bullet proof glass or nerves of steel..
I know we will do fine, I always have stressed driving south of my home,, only south, it is bad , bad,bad if you get lost in the "hood" down there, I have done it before.. people daring you to stop at a stop sign or red light,, just to see what they will do.. scary stuff..

okay, now that I have vented , I think I can pretend I am driving to a spa or airport ramp for flight to Hawaii.. yup, that is it.. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I hope you will be better soon.
Oh how I hope the sun will come out and no other storm will arrive.

It is so long overdue to be getting warmer up here .

I am sure you and DD make a pretty good team. I hope it all turns out well and there is a big improvement. Hugs to both of you,
Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Once the testing is completed you probably will never have to return so that is good.
