Reflection: Month of March

It is amazing how fast things can change!
In this year, I have had some humps to get over and some personal hurdles to jump over! With exercising, eating right(or wrong), and the emotional/mental aspect of this journey so far, I have had to think deeply into everything! The thing that matters the most: I picked myself up and continued on!
January and February were up and down, but March, March is going great!! I have started working out everyday and tracking my calories! I have lost 5 pounds since March started!
Exercising everyday feels great! I love it!
So the goal for the rest of March and the months to come: Keep going and DO NOT stop! I CAN do this!!
