Weighed In this morning....lost another pound!
As far as inches lost, I lost a 1/4" off my neck but gained 1/4" on my calf (yay, muscle!).
To Date Weight Loss Since Starting 30 Day Shred: 5 lbs.
To Date Inch Loss: 4.75 TOTAL INCHES
I took Saturday and Sunday off of the 30 Day Shred. My knees are really bothering me with this weather and the daily workouts...and I don't want to do more harm then good. I did go to Dance Fitness on Saturday morning, so I got in 60 minutes of cardio.
Back on 30 Day Shred today for Day 19!!!
39 Days until we leave for Florida!
