Weighed In this morning....lost another pound!
As far as inches lost, I lost a 1/4" off my neck but gained 1/4" on my calf (yay, muscle!).

To Date Weight Loss Since Starting 30 Day Shred: 5 lbs.
To Date Inch Loss: 4.75 TOTAL INCHES

I took Saturday and Sunday off of the 30 Day Shred. My knees are really bothering me with this weather and the daily workouts...and I don't want to do more harm then good. I did go to Dance Fitness on Saturday morning, so I got in 60 minutes of cardio.

Back on 30 Day Shred today for Day 19!!!

39 Days until we leave for Florida!

    Your progress is inspiring me to actually search out my 30 day shred dvd. I did it twice and then put it in a box and quit. Might be worth pulling it back out.

    Congrats on the one pound loss! You inspired me...my kiddos are watching a movie and when it's over Jilian's workout is going in, they can workout with me on this snow day at home!
