I think I found the pound I lost! Darn!

I will know in a day or two if the "fun" we had this weekend has done damage to my weight loss.
We went out to a party at a restaurant on Saturday and out to our favorite buffet on Sunday. I can't be trusted at buffets! We used the excuse on Sunday that we had been working really hard in the garden and deserved a break. Then we walked over to the buffet and back ( about 4 miles round trip) to work off any extra calories we may have eaten.
This morning I was up a little on the scale, but I will give it a day or two until my system gets back to it's "normal" weight, when I am eating the normal meals, and see what the scale says then. My monthly weigh in is April 1 and I really need to stick to my diet (healthy new eating habits!) until then.

    Hey, I also found a couple of pounds I lost. The good news is that we are aware of what we eat through tracking, we exercise and will loose those pounds again.

    I bet that pound will be gone by the time you step on the scale for your weigh-in. Kudos to you for walking to and from the buffet!!

    It often surprising how you can actually loose weight and eat salad bar versus the buffet. I eat lots of fruit and veges so I often feel too full to over eat. I hope this is the case with your weekend eating! emoticon

    Fortunately a day or two of fun usually ends up being sodium intake weight. It'll go away in a couple of days.

    Well at least you walked to the buffet and back!! That was a great "compromise"! Not bad at all that you only found a pound and our weight fluctuates so much every day that hopefully it's not even a "real" pound. Good luck with your weigh-in! Keep Sparking!!
