I will know in a day or two if the "fun" we had this weekend has done damage to my weight loss.
We went out to a party at a restaurant on Saturday and out to our favorite buffet on Sunday. I can't be trusted at buffets! We used the excuse on Sunday that we had been working really hard in the garden and deserved a break. Then we walked over to the buffet and back ( about 4 miles round trip) to work off any extra calories we may have eaten.
This morning I was up a little on the scale, but I will give it a day or two until my system gets back to it's "normal" weight, when I am eating the normal meals, and see what the scale says then. My monthly weigh in is April 1 and I really need to stick to my diet (healthy new eating habits!) until then.
