Weight And Measurement Day!!!!

It really isn't the right day, but I have not checked my numbers for quite a while now. Keep in mind the weekend just finished. I had chinese food last night. I love it, but the sodium is just crazy. Retaining water is my specialty so my current weight is reflecting this. I will need to record my weight again later on in the week. I will try on Thursday. That is the day I like to do it.
Well here goes:

Weight 206.4 lbs up from 202.1 lbs = 4.3lbs emoticon

Body Fat 45.3% down from 46.1% = 0.8% emoticon

Water 39.9% up from 34.7% = 5.2% *Chinese food*

BMI 29.8 up from 29.2 =0.6 *due to my current weight*
.
Bone 5.6 up from 2.4 = 3.2 *it's back up due to current weight*

Neck. 13.8" same

Chest 39.9" from 40.7 down 0.8 emoticon

Bicep (L) 13.2" from 12.6" up 0.6" *I think this is good*

Forearm (L) 10.5" same

Calf (L) 15.4 from 15.7" *This is probably due to some water retention, or muscle is getting larger*

Ankle 9.3" from 9.2" *a bit of water retention*
.
I hope to get better numbers on Thursday, but for now I'm fine with what I have accomplished. I'm putting in work and it is showing. I looked in the mirror at the gym last week and had to take a double take. I actually saw some changes. emoticon

    I LOVE Chinese food too but yes it is packed with that darn sodium. Water, water and more water:-)

    That's great! That Chinese food can reek havoc, got to drink plenty of water when you eat it. Your stats are looking great, keep up the awesome work. I'm sure that water retention will be gone by Thursday. I hope we both celebrate on Thursday!!! Wishing you well.

    I think you are doing Fantastic!! A trainer once told me sometimes looking at the mirror and seeing how your body looks is the best indicator of progress. Your BF numbers are dropping- just pure Awesomeness!!!
