- Reach 1250-1400 cals on non-workout days
- Add more olive oil to food
- More weight training and cardio this week
- Have one dinner with mum at the dinner table

- Smile more
- Pride myself in what I have achieved
- Pamper myself ( I am thinking sauna ! )
