I am doing a spring challenge and here are my goals for this
-Get on a better workout schedule (I have a calender but I hardly follow it) now hat I have a job
-lose 10 more pounds during this challenge
-make sure I am getting enough calorie intake. Goal is 900-1200. Lately it has been really low due to not eating from being sick and stressed
-get my confidence back!
-Also make sure those calories are good calories and not junk food!
I am doing awesome on getting in the exercises for the week challenges. Just need to keep it up and manage my time better. Food so far has been getting better. Breakfast was lacking. Had an apple! Had Jury Duty this morning and I woke up late. Had 30 min to shower, eat, and get dressed. But my lunch will be making up for the calorie loss.
I am really excited to finish this Spring challenge :)
