Nutrient balance makes such a difference

I'm just now catching up with myself - logging my foods for the week, etc. Am noticing - that while the calorie counts are pretty much in range of what I should be taking in - the food groups are not what I should be putting into my body. Hence the 9 pounds!!

It is *so* important to eat the right foods in the right amounts!!

    As much as I want to run from tracking, it really does make a world of difference - and this blog reinforces that. Thanks for the reminder! And I'm with Terrri - you look great up there!
