I'm feeling very low energy these days. I'm not eating very well, (I am probably not eating enough calories for the amount of working out I'm doing), I'm not taking my vitamins, and I'm not getting enough sleep. I'm still working out quite a bit, but overall, I am feeling very low and draggy. I need to go back and work on the basics. So here they are, here are my goals for the next two weeks.
Take a multivitamin every day.
Get at least eight hours of sleep a night (this means be in bed by 9, NO EXCUSES.)
Morning exercise an hour a day outside every day (weather permitting)
Eat at least five fruits and vegetables every day.
Log my meals and exercises in my SP tracker every day (even if I just do generic calorie logging, that's OK, I just need to make sure I am eating enough calories)
Drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
Take a 15 minute walk outside every afternoon - work refresh break
Listen to motivational upbeat music every day
Take the MFF vitamin B12 cocktail every day
Every night prepare for success - put out your water, pack workout for the next morning, get my healthy snacks ready, plan my lunch
Go to yoga on Wednesday and Sunday.
Plan meals and pick up food from MFF on Sunday and Wednesday and/or Go to the grocery store.
Put out my vitamins for the week on Sunday
Ok. I have my tracking spreadsheet ready to go. I can do this. TWO WEEKS. My reward is: those cute rowing socks AND a cute rowing shirt from the UK.
After this, if I don't feel like I'm getting more energy, I'm going the doctor. I'm sick of feeling like this.
