I'm still motivated to reach my goal. Down 8.5 lbs so it's in range for healthy weight loss. I will admit I would have liked it to be more but I'm still pleased. More important is that I can see a change in how some of my clothes fit. I actually look forward to going to the gym now. I feel so much better both physically and mentally.

My short term goal is to lose another 8-10 lbs by June 7th. That's the date my oldest granddaughter graduates from middle school and I would like to look and feel better for her graduation ceremony. She attends the Inly Montessori school in MA.
