Marathon training continues to build for the next two weeks. It's getting a little crazy this week with Easter but if I can just get through the next two weeks, I get to taper. Yeay!!!
Monday: Yoga (1.5 hours Yin class done)
Tuesday: 5 miles (done)
Wednesday: 9 miles (done)
Thursday: 5 miles
Saturday: 60 minutes cross training
Sunday: 14 miles (Stepback week)
