Well been working out on treadmill. Trying to get back where I was a year ago which was running a lot and going at least a hour or more. ! I did good yesterday 45 mins. ! And doing incline and running and walking ! So I am doing it and going to keep going not looking back just being determined to make this happen ! And the biggest thing helps me is to plan ahead good and excersise so I know what I am going to do each day ! So if I can do this. YOU all can !! So let's make it happen!!
