Yesterday was my first day back. I didn't work out but did well nutrition-wise, I was under the low end of my range but figure it's okay because I had been over all week last week. Although I swore I would not get on the scale, I did, but with the knowledge that whatever I saw would not be my true weight. According to my scale I was 11 lbs up. I knew I had not eaten that much and that I was still retaining water so no worries. This morning I checked again and am only 4 lbs up so I think I actually suceeded in maintaining and not gaining. I still need to lose some water weight, feet are still swollen and I've been peeing like a horse even though I haven't been drinking as much water. Normally, I drink at least 12 cups, yesterday I barely managed 8. This is also my TOM week and my usually bloat is 2 lbs. We will see what the end of the week brings.
Today is supposed to be my first jogging day to train for my 5k next month. I'm wondering if I should because of the swollen feet and ankle, what do you guys think? If not, I'll bike tonight while watching Revolution.
