i dont care how many times it takes for me to learn these lessons--
I AM NOT GIVING UP
i am taking my focus off of food. i think on some diet programs, you are thinking of food all the time. what will i eat next, what will i eat tmr, what will my snack be before bed/
well, i have been reading a lot lateley. i am gonna take the focus off of food. spark people has been telling me this for as long as i have been using it. i guess i am a slow learner..
i have been playing arround with c25k. i guess i am not real dedicated tho. i dont have that passion cause there are some weeks that i dont even do it.
well, i am gonna up the ante on my running. that will take my focus off food. of course, i have to eat the proper foods, but i will be eating to help fuel my body for a good run. this is my passion. i did this once before years ago. it felt great.
i rented a running book from library, i joined 4 running spark teams and i am gonna do spark people rookie running program instead of c25k.
i am excited that i have another purpose for eating right.
before i was eating to lose weight. getting aggravated cause the scale would not go down fast enough. now, i am eating and fueling my body for a good run which has a ton of other benefits.
