again again

well last week didnt work out so well. started great monday morning did my workout ate well. tues got up was feelin sick so didnt bother with the workout. got discouraged by wednesday cause i ddint do anyting tues an that was the end of that. i figured start again monday (today). sofar so good but its only noon got up got girls ready for school after tey left did my workout, just had lunch a feelin good about myself. thinkin i can do this :)

    Keep up the good work. Even 5 minutes of exercise is better than no exercise, something to keep in mind for the next rough day. (We all have those!) Hooray for a fresh start!
