A&I March BSG Challenge - Week 4

Blog about what changes you may have to your routine whether nutrition or fitness due to springs arrival.

I'm so ready for spring !! I can't wait to get outside for my walks. My neighborhood is full of hills, a very good workout in little time. We will also be outside more due to baseball and track season. I will just need to plan my snacks better so I won't wander towards the concession stands. We will be grilling out more, better tasting meat and better for us. I can't wait to open up the house with fresh air. I will be sleeping better from all the fresh air too.

    I have been walking most of the winter but can't wait for the warmer weather . and some sun we seem to come alive in spring

    I think everyone is ready for spring! I am anxious to go for walks outside too. We'll be grilling outside some more too. If only the warm weather would get here and stay here!

    Kimmy, love your blog. Walking my dogs are the best exercise I get. We are walking between 1 mile to 2 miles a day. I need to work on my nutrition though.

    We have these trees in my area, they're not blooming yet, but when they do they smell sooooo nice.

    Great blog! I love walking outdoors too, just live in flat areas. We tend to grill out much more, it's less dishes & tastes so good!
