A&I March BSG Challenge - Week 4

Blog about what changes you may have to your routine whether nutrition or fitness due to springs arrival.

I'm so ready for spring !! I can't wait to get outside for my walks. My neighborhood is full of hills, a very good workout in little time. We will also be outside more due to baseball and track season. I will just need to plan my snacks better so I won't wander towards the concession stands. We will be grilling out more, better tasting meat and better for us. I can't wait to open up the house with fresh air. I will be sleeping better from all the fresh air too.
