I needed to start being real about what I am putting into my mouth and the lack of exercise I have been doing. Because of this I decided to try and post blogs each day or a few times a week when I have exercised. I will also begin to track my food again, not to lose weight, but to be more concious of what is going into my body because I have gotten a little out of control with portion sizes and the quality of food.
