Well it is nearing the end of our 12 week challenge in the BLC and I have most of the weight I needed to and tried to do pushups on my toes once and got halfway down. I have not tried since I did it a few weeks ago. My arms have been feeling sore and achy alot. I did a workout a few days ago with resistance bands and afterwards at night I was in pain. I think the bands I started out with might have been too much; but I want to up in weights not down or stay the same. My biceps are still at the same size as before. I know i need to do arm exercises more especially bench presses and triceps. It seems I cannot do 5 pound weights when i do the presses though; my arms at weak there. last night when i was trying to look up a recipe on Sparks i kept running into people who had the recipe but were keeping it private. I had to go into my daughter's recipe box to get it. I was like what is the big deal with keeping these recipes to yourself? After all recipes are to be shared with others; so others can enjoy them. Reminds me of my sister years ago when she got all bent out of shape cause i shared her recipe with someone else. Please it is not like it is copyrighted or something. Still feeling depressed of late cannot seem to shake it.
