Detox - What I learned about me.

Detox Day 3 - Done!

That $94 on the detox - included a few supplements and some not so common things like Coconut oil - and Epsom Salt - which I never buy...I have soooo much left over I might continue it today...Or make a few salads and I do often make blender drinks.

I feel great and energized. I woke up day three feeling fresh! I feel like I spent the weekend at the spa - all the green tea, fresh blender drinks, and lavender scrubs.

Biggest learning - Being one step closer to the" feeling of hunger".
(no where near the hunger that some endure)

This is interesting for me - I am in the habit of not letting myself get even the least bit hungry - I can't believe how many times I had to avoid going out, snacks, food, candy, pizza, nuts - cocktails, beers and the thoughts of the Cabernet I have on hand.

I saw a difference in the mirror, on the scale and the tape measure.
But the best thing is the fresh start of eating clean. And breaking the coffee addiction.

Was it a challenge? - YES - it was hard to stay the course....but so glad a did it.

    I wouldn't do it a 4th day......just eat well and clean. Great job. You learned you are strong than you think you are. The Cab would have done me in! LOL Especially during that IU game! Too tense! Great work, Sis!

    Please be careful detoxing. Our bodies do a wonderful job of detoxing themselves when we eat well, drink plently of water and get enough rest. When we don't give our bodies what they need our bodies take it and they usually take muscle. emoticon
