BLC Week 10 Weekend Challenge Blog ... Goals

I realized today that I was one week behind on what I was posting ... in number only (my last blog should have been titled Week 9 ) not in results.
One of our weekend challenges is to post a blog looking back at the past nine weeks regarding the goals we had set and if we think we will manage to obtain that goal.
I am so happy to say that I have achieved that goal, which was to lose 10% of my weight or 29 pounds (28.85 to be exact). As of last Wednesday I had made it to 31 pounds lost.
Things that I have done well:
Managed to track my food on the nutrition tracker about 99% of the time. I like this tool and I feel that I have gotten the hang of the nutrition side of things.
Participated in the team challenges
... to the best of my ability. I know going forward that I will need to do more and that area will be in the exercise arena.
I have really learned that
's are a HUGE piece of my success,
both my teammates in the challenge and sparker's I have met along the way...

. I try to return the encouragement that I get ... kind of like paying it forward I guess. It is like the fuel to my fire.
What I need to do better/differently:
-Make exercise a priority
-Plan different meals and try new foods
-Check in daily on spark (more than just a log in)
