50 days left until Disney! I want to challenge myself to lose 10 pounds in that time (from 210 this morning to under 200). Usually I don't push for weight goals. In the past I've always failed to meet them and become more depressed. But this time, I know that even if I don't reach it, I'll still be making considerable progress towards health (the ultimate goal).
So, here's my goals for the next 7 weeks:
20 minutes of a moderate or high intensity cardio workout, 5 times a week
20 minutes of strength training, 3 times a week
10 minutes of walking outside, 5 times a week
10K steps per day, every day
a piece of fresh produce per day, every day
at least one vegetable, 5 times a week
track ALL food eaten (good and bad), every day
These are all SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely) and most of them I've been meeting or exceeding, just not consistently. I'll check in to SP daily to record my progress.
Besides being healthy and reaching ONEderland, I'll give myself $50 out of savings if I reach my fitness goals, and another $50 if I reach my weight goal. This is not family money to buy souvenirs, this is my money to spend on whatever I want, at Disney or otherwise.
