Day #275 - Monday aches

yeah I enjoyed kickboxing but is that what's talking back to me this morning. My body is a lil sore today but not to bad. Lets me know I lit up some parts of me that was still lying dormant.
I'm ready to face another week. I had a lazy afternoon yesterday. I went to both church services and just did absolutely nothing the rest of the day. I'm at work and ready to begin my day. I ran out of spinach so I couldn't make my at home smoothie this morning. I stopped and brought 2 pre-made smoothies to make it through the day. First one was all so yuckie. It has that chalky powder taste to it. So I stomached almost half of it before I gave up. I'm drinking my coffee and had a slice of toast. That should keep me until snack time in 3 hours.
I did get in all of my water yesterday. I will focus on that today as well. I plan to get to the gym today and I hopefully will get in another kickboxing class or do a wog today. I'm focusing this week on changing up my workouts or should I say adding to my current workout.
We're expecting rain today - it's already overcast and we've gotten a few showers. Temperatures will be dropping throughout the week as well. So Sparkers I hope you have a great day and keep up the fight to the finish line!!!
