It started this weekend. A sore throat, then a stuffy nose. This morning I am a little feverish, my heady is all congested and I don't want to keep my eyes open, but I'm at work because it's MCAS week and we need all hands on deck. My basic plan is to just get through the work day, go home, take a little nap, and then hit the gym. If I hadn't already scheduled this time at the gym, it would be so easy to tell myself I didn't have to go. I won't push myself too hard, but maybe the workout will make me feel a little better. I hate being sick.

    blech! I'm right there with you :( sick and at work... I'm thinking some gentle cardio might be effective... I wasn't up to doing anything at all yesterday so I missed a workout.

    Ugh being sick is NO FUN and it makes it hard to stay committed to healthy eating/exercise sometimes.
