I have been using the Leslie Sansone walking DVD's since October. I try to mix these up with the Spark People 28 Day Boot Camp DVD. Then I read that the walking DVD's may not get your heart rate up enough as your fitness increases. So am I wasting my time walking, and should I do some more intense cardio? Then I read the benefits of walking 10,000 steps a day. I do the 5 mile walk on most days, so it has to be good. I mix up the walking DVD's, as some use the stretch band or weights, and they are all at the advanced level. I have concluded that if I am sweating after 5 miles, I am on the right path.
