I woke up in a much better mood today and decided to ACT - take my health into my control.
So I woke up at 5:45 and made it to the gym. Worked out for a short period of time - just enough so that my lungs felt the strain but were not burning. I did NOT want to overdo it.
Yesterday, Randy and I got some really good vitamins. I'm going to start taking them and hope that this helps put me back on a good path and then keeps me there.
I also pledge to get lots of water in today - I haven't been doing great with this and I know this will GREATLY help with all the mucous I've got floating around in my head.
Nonscale victory: At my dress alteration yesterday, the lady that sold me my dress was telling every body about how much of a transformation I've made (she saw me 35lbs ago). It was nice. Also, my pant and underwear are starting to fall down all the time. (Annoying, but awesome at the same time).
Things I'm thankful for:
My body - its the only one I got!
Whiskers (Kept me toasty warm the last few nights - actually he's been keeping me warm ever since I got sick, think that Cat has a sixth sense)
