I didn't get to workout Saturday at home as I had planned, but I did clean all day in between work calls so I wasn't just being lazy. 1.5 lb loss on the scale yesterday morning which makes me super happy since I was out of town and not tracking most of last week.


Saturday's goals:
30 mins cardio - 0 emoticon
10 glasses water - 10 emoticon
medium cal/high carb day - emoticon


Sunday's Stats:
44 mins of cardio
12 glasses of water
low cal/ low carb day
Upper body ST

Today's goals:
40 mins of cardio
10 glasses of water
high cal/ medium carb day
