DAYS 49, 50
On Saturday, I met my brother and his wife for breakfast, got a 2.7 mile walk in, and did some client work. Made potato salad to take bring to the family Sunday soreee and a batch of ham and pea soup. A quiet, productive day.

Sunday was a busy day with the family. Had a great time with everyone. Ate more than I had planned, but not more than my "vacation calorie range." Learned my sis's youngest and her husband are expecting their first child in November, so that was a fun celebration. It is great to have the family growing. My brother's flight back home was cancelled due to bad weather where he was making a second connection, so we unexpectedly got to enjoy the entire evening with him and his wife.

DAY 51
Back to the usual M-F structure. Ho-hum, but in a good way. Snow cover is melted, so it will be easier walking this morning. Will try to get some client work done now until it's light and I can get my walk in. Sitting grand baby today.

Enjoyed lots of special family time yesterday. My grand niece, 2 yrs. was lots of fun and very social.
Healthy leftovers tonight

Get back on track with eating and exercise.
Sit grandbaby
Meet with client this evening, to hand over the last of 2012 books for their accountant.

Wishing you a healthy and fit day!
